Goodman Mhlanga has extensive financial management experience, currently serving as Country Finance Manager at Catholic Relief Services since November 2007. In this role, Goodman oversees financial leadership for a USAID/FFP Title II funded program valued at USD$126 million and Euro 10.5 million, leading budget preparation and providing technical advice to the Chief of Party. Previous positions at Catholic Relief Services include Grants & Finance Manager, Finance Manager, Deputy Finance Manager, and Programme Accountant, where Goodman demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, grant management, compliance, and capacity building. Prior to this, Goodman worked as an Assistant Estates Accountant at Hwange Colliery Company LTD and as Depot Administrator at BAT. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Honours from Midlands State University, and a Diploma in Accounting from Bulawayo Polytechnic.
