Brittany Chadwick-Schultz is a seasoned immigration attorney, currently serving as a RIS Staff Attorney at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) since April 2024. Previously, Brittany worked as an Immigration Attorney at International House from April 2022 to April 2024 and held positions at Elon University School of Law, including Advocacy Fellow, Pro Bono Board: Lawyer on the Line Co-Chair, and Teaching Assistant from October 2019 to December 2021. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at DeMayo Law Offices, a Judicial Intern position at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and legal internships at the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. Brittany holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Elon University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with additional studies at McGill University and Appalachian State University.
