Gilbert Saenz, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Talent Excellence at the Catholic Diocese of Dallas since November 2019. With a rich background in educational leadership, Gilbert Saenz held positions as Principal at Antonian College Preparatory High School from June 1996 to May 2015, and at Notre Dame High School from June 1993 to May 1996, as well as Headmaster at Corpus Christi Academy from June 1987 to May 1993. Earlier roles include serving as Principal at St. Anthony Elementary School for one year and holding various positions including Counselor and Assistant Principal at Villa Maria High School from August 1980 to May 1986. Gilbert Saenz earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Catholic Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The Catholic University of America, a Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Texas at Brownsville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
