Esmeralda Garcia, CVA, has extensive experience in donor and member services, having served as Donor Services Coordinator and Development Specialist at the Catholic Diocese of Dallas since July 2015. Prior roles include Member Services Manager at Back on My Feet and Manager at the Assistance Center of Collin County. Esmeralda also held managerial positions focused on community relations at the SPCA of Texas and records management at ChildCareGroup. Esmeralda earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
