Natalie Baguma is a Human Resources Assistant at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing compliance and providing administrative support. Prior experience includes serving as a Refugee Case Manager and Benefits Coordinator, focusing on public benefits procedures for refugees and fostering partnerships with external organizations. Previous employment at Amazon as a Learning Ambassador involved facilitating training for new hires and managing priority shipments. Natalie Baguma is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Minor in Human Resources Management at Cleveland State University, building on an Associate of Arts in Human Resources Management from Cuyahoga Community College and an Associates in Journalism and Mass Communication from YMCA Comprehensive Institute Kampala.
