Nerlande Welch is an experienced program manager currently employed at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark since February 2020. Previously, Nerlande served as a recovery counselor at Mental Health America from August 2019 to January 2020 and worked as a case manager at Easterseals New Jersey from March 2014 to May 2017. Additional experience includes the role of crisis intervention specialist at Family Intervention Services, Inc. from October 2013 to October 2014 and as a behavioral health counselor at Community Hope from May 2013 to October 2013. Nerlande holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology, with a minor in Public Health from Kean University, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2013.
