John Michael Ford currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Programs at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Nashville, where responsibilities include the development, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs. Previous roles within Catholic Charities include Outcomes and Contract Management Director, overseeing data management and grant processes, as well as Grant & Donor Development Coordinator, focusing on funding opportunities. Ford has extensive experience with United Way of Metropolitan Nashville as Manager of Family Resource Centers, managing a network of support centers, and previous positions involved account management and oversight of grant allocations. Ford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication and History from the University of Kentucky.
