Michelle Francis is a communications and grants manager at Catholic Charities of Southern Colorado, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Michelle served as the communications and development manager for the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo from April 2019 to September 2023. Experience also includes being an independent business owner at Aspire Life, which focuses on wellness coaching, and working as a personal trainer at both Snap Fitness Pueblo West and Commit and Conquer. Michelle was the retention program coordinator for the Pueblo Retention and Expansion Program from November 2010 to August 2018 and contributed to marketing communications at Terrapin Solutions Ltd. Michelle holds an MBA in International Business from the USC IBEAR Program, completed in August 2001.
