Lawrence Cargnoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and real estate sales. Currently serving as the Long Range Project Manager at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and a Real Estate Sales Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., Cargnoni has previously worked as an Encore Fellow for both Encore.org and the City of San José. Cargnoni's long tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included roles as Program Manager, Senior R&D Manager, and Engineer/Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams, managing complex project schedules, and driving customer advocacy solutions. Cargnoni holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, Finance, and Economics from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Math from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
