Fred Mena is an experienced security and safety professional with a comprehensive background in personnel management, operational oversight, and compliance within various sectors, including nonprofit and healthcare. Currently serving as a Senior Safety & Security Officer at Catholic Charity of Santa Clara County since 2014, Fred has successfully established a security team and initiated safety training programs while maintaining CARF accreditation. Previous roles include security positions at U.S. Security Associates, SecurAmerica, and Dignity Health, where responsibilities ranged from patrolling and emergency response to site supervision and administrative performance oversight.
