Devon Summers is an experienced software developer and engineer with a strong background in application development for process improvement and engineering studies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at CATHEXIS since February 2016, Devon previously held positions as a Transmission Operations Engineer and Transmission Planning Engineer at ComEd, where responsibilities included software development for engineering simulations and transmission design optimization using Python and Fortran. Earlier experience includes leading a software development team at the Illinois Institute of Technology, focusing on smart grid visualization with Java and JavaFX, and contributing to prototype software development in the same domain. Devon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
