Frank Fila has extensive leadership experience in various sectors, serving as Chairman of the Board at Cathedral Corporation since 2008, following two decades as a board member. Prior to this role, Fila founded MDG Development Group from 1996 to 2007 and held significant positions at Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals as Executive Director from 1987 to 1993 and as International Marketing Director at Warner Lambert from 1972 to 1987. Fila earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Siena College between 1966 and 1970.
