Apichai Pornchaipermcharoen has extensive experience in airport operations and customer service, currently serving as Duty Airport Operations Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways since December 2013. Previous roles at Cathay Pacific include Senior Airport Lead and Airport Services Supervisor. Prior to this, Apichai worked at Emirates as a Senior Airport Services Agent and held the position of Customer Service Representative at FedEx. Earlier experience includes working as a Passenger Service Agent at Lufthansa. Apichai holds a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Srinakharinwirot University, obtained in 2007.
