Ann Kono is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technology, risk management, and corporate governance, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Cathay Bank, Sabra Health Care REIT, and Siepe. As the founder of Leda Advisory Group, Ann specializes in operational transformation and strategic infrastructure development. Additionally, Ann co-founded TeachAAPI to promote AAPI identity through educational programming. Previous roles include Partner and Chief Information Risk Officer at Ares Management, Head of Global Application Delivery at Western Asset Management, and various leadership positions in software development.
