Ricardo (Rico) Ellis is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of customer service experience and a decade of expertise in supply chain management. Currently serving as Purchasing Supervisor at Cates Control Systems since June 2021, Ricardo previously held the position of Purchasing Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain for the Nokia account from July 2017 to June 2020. Ricardo also has a strong background in data analysis and project coordination from a tenure at World Wide Technology (January 2010 - July 2017).
