Tyson Bogosian is a seasoned professional in operations and facilities engineering, currently serving as the Facilities Engineering Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tyson held various leadership positions at Nanshan America, including Casting Operations Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included managing all operations for aluminum casting. Tyson's experience also extends to Arconic as Operations Supervisor, where daily cast schedules and production goals were oversaw in a union environment, and to Wabash National, managing a fast-paced assembly line. Earlier experience includes service in the United States Department of Defense. Tyson holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same institution, supplemented by studies in Construction Management at Ivy Tech Community College.
