Sindhu Nair is an accomplished IT and business professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as the Global Business Systems Excellence Manager for Cat Parts IT at Caterpillar Inc. since October 2005, Sindhu leads a global team of over 180 IT professionals and acts as the IT Product Owner for the Aftermarket Parts IT Portfolio, including the SAP Service Parts Management solution and warehouse automation systems. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager focused on people and project management, and Sr. Consultant for the Automotive Practice at Frost & Sullivan. With a strong background in marketing and strategic initiatives from previous positions at Siemens VDO and Timken India, Sindhu’s educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Accelerated Leadership Development from Great Lakes Institute of Management and an MBA in Marketing from Pune University.
