Rob Janssen currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Electrification and Energy Solutions at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing manufacturing strategy and execution of electrified products since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rob spent over two decades at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where responsibilities included managing manufacturing planning, quality assurance, and operations across various roles, including Division Manager for Manufacturing Planning and Control and Division Manager of Quality. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, completed in 1999.
