Arun Kumar Ramakrishnan has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR (BCP) at Caterpillar Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Arun held the position of Deputy General Manager - HR at Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies (SMRC) from May 2008 to August 2021, and worked as an Officer in Human Resources at Vedanta - MALCO from June 2005 to May 2008. Arun's educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from Loyola College, Chennai (2003-2005), a Bachelor of Commerce from A M Jain College (University of Madras) (2000-2003), and secondary education from Doveton Corrie Boys Higher Secondary School (1988-2000).
