Dylan Lemay has a diverse work experience. Dylan founded Catch'N Ice Cream in 2021 and is currently the founder of the company. Prior to that, they worked as a content creator on YouTube and TikTok starting in 2021 and 2020 respectively. Before their time as a content creator, Dylan worked at Cold Stone Creamery as a store manager from 2014 to 2021 and as a cake decorator from 2013 to 2016. Dylan also had a role as a crew member at Cold Stone Creamery/Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in 2016. In 2015, Dylan worked as a cake decorator at Sugar Petal Cake Shop. In addition, they had a position as a package pick-up at JCPenney in 2013. Dylan began their career at Cold Stone Creamery as a cake decorator from 2012 to 2012. Dylan also held positions at Baptist Bible College as a head resident assistant from 2017 to 2018 and as an alternate resident assistant from 2016 to 2017.

Dylan Lemay attended Baptist Bible College from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Counselling.
