Thomas Ong is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in design and project management. Currently serving as Vice President at Comics and Books Rescue for Kids Foundation, Thomas leads production projects and manages a team of over 20 individuals to ensure high-quality outcomes. In a previous role as Head of Design, Thomas significantly increased revenue and reduced costs through user-centered design initiatives. Additionally, as a volunteer UX Designer at Catchafire, Thomas enhanced website user engagement, resulting in a substantial increase in session durations. Educational achievements include a Certificate in UX/UI from Northeastern Illinois University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Graphic Design from Minnesota State University, Mankato, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Riverland Community College.
