Paul Heal has over three decades of experience in drafting and design, with a strong focus on engineering and document control. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Drafting and Document Control at Catch Engineering since November 2016, Paul has previously held prominent roles, including Senior Electrical Drafting Lead at Borealis Projects Ltd. and Manager of Drafting & Design at Tarpon Energy Services Ltd. Additionally, Paul contributed as an Intermediate Designer and IT Manager at Bower Damberger Rolseth Engineering Ltd. from May 1991 to September 2005, showcasing a well-rounded expertise across various aspects of engineering and design.
