Gordon Pogue is an experienced design lead and quality assurance/control professional in the engineering sector, currently serving at Catch Engineering since July 2018. Prior to this role, Gordon held various positions at Amec Foster Wheeler from 2009 to 2017, including Program Discipline Lead for major projects with ConocoPhillips Canada and Imperial Oil, overseeing teams of up to 200 engineers and designers. Gordon's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Electrical Designer at Bantrel and Fluor Canada, where responsibilities encompassed managing design phases for significant oil sands and refinery projects. Gordon holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Project Management Professional certificate from the Institute of Project Management, along with multiple internal course certificates from Amec University.
