Jonell Fields has experience working as Practice Improvement Director in the Patient Safety & Quality Division at Catawba Valley Health System since February 2016. Prior to this role, Jonell served as the Director of Transitions of Care at the same organization. Before joining CVHS, Jonell worked at Frye Regional Medical Center from June 2014 to February 2016 as the Vascular Coordinator and Diabetic Foot Coordinator.
