Wendy (Mock) Johnson

Wendy (Mock) Johnson has a diverse range of work experiences in human resources and management. Wendy is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Culture at Catawba Research, where they are responsible for administering all HR duties and developing employee culture initiatives. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Precigen, managing various projects and improving the onboarding processes. Wendy also worked as a Consultant at J2 Enterprises Inc. and as the Director of Human Resources at Altimmune, Inc., where they designed and implemented compensation and benefit programs. Wendy's earlier experiences include serving as the President of Senior Helpers of Silver Spring, where they built a successful residential services agency, and as the Human Resources Manager at ORC Macro International Inc. and the Human Resources Coordinator at COMSTAR Federal Credit Union.

Wendy Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hood College from 1991 to 1993. Wendy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1993 to 1995.
