Molly Rice has extensive experience as a Theatre Director and Educator at St. Stephens High School within Catawba County Schools since August 2006, overseeing a comprehensive theatre arts program for approximately 1,300 students. In addition to educational work, Molly Rice is a published poet, having released the chapbook "Mill Hill" with Finishing Line Press and the full poetry collection "Forever Eighty-Eighths" with Press 53. Molly Rice earned a degree from Mars Hill University.
