Jerod Clabaugh has over 20 years of work experience. Jerod began their career as a Technical/Logistics Officer for the UNDP - Lake Tanganyika Biodiversity Project in 1997. In 2001, they became the Technology Director for UNDP - IW:LEARN. In 2004, they were appointed Managing Director of Transnatura. In 2005, they became the VP of Products at Nagare, LLC. In 2006, they joined Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Associate. In 2008, they were appointed COO & Head of Products at rbidr. In 2011, they co-founded Catalytic DS, Inc. as the Head of Product. At Catalytic DS, Inc., they and their team strive to provide life scientists with the best digital tools and networking them with colleagues to generate novel insights and compress the time and money required to achieve key R&D milestones.

Jerod Clabaugh earned their BSc in Ecology & Systematics from The University of Alabama between 1991 and 1994. Jerod then went on to pursue an MA in Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, which they completed in 1997.
