Nikia Montgomery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and sales management. Currently serving as the Director Expert Community at Catalyst Inc. since January 2024, Nikia previously held the position of DEI Ambassador at Together Credit Union from June 2022 to June 2024. At Capital One, as VP, Territory Manager for the Walmart Partnership from October 2019 to August 2022, Nikia contributed to advancing technological solutions for customer financing. Additional roles include Specialty Account Representative at Diplomat, Account Manager at CVS Health, and various positions at Express Scripts and GE Capital Retail Bank, where Nikia developed key client relationships and led credit awareness programs.
