Michele Whitacre is an experienced Training Manager with a robust background in managing training departments across various organizations. Currently at Catalyst Solutions since May 2022, Michele oversees training for a BPO business supporting healthcare insurance clients. Previously, at CHCS Services, Inc., Michele managed training for a global business unit, focusing on compliance and regulatory training for third-party insurance clients. Prior experience includes senior trainer roles at Mediacom Communications, Washington Mutual Finance Co., and PCF - Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, where Michele developed training materials and conducted both live and web-based training. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from the University of West Florida.
