Viridiana Garza, MSc, currently serves as a Senior Account Executive at GRAPHISOFT since March 2024 and as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software since September 2022. With a rich background in customer success and account management, Viridiana previously held various roles at Procore Technologies, including Account Executive and Senior Customer Success Manager for the Latin American market. Additional experience includes positions at The Parental Pause, Prezi, LegalForce RAPC Worldwide, Swipp, Google, Bhuio Inc., and the University of Valencia. Viridiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and multiple degrees from the University of Valencia, including a Master of Science in Business Process Planning and Management.
