Omer Al-Talabani is a seasoned Senior Site Reliability Engineer with significant leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently at Catalyst Software since February 2022, Omer leads the SRE team and is instrumental in achieving SOC2 and ISO certifications. Prior experience includes roles at Sonatype, where Omer specialized in observability and established the company's first Service Level Agreement (SLA), and ecobee, leading the SRE efforts for the SmartBuildings product. Omer's background also encompasses positions at Resolver Inc., Razorfish, Corus Entertainment, Klick, and SoCast Digital, focusing on infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and cloud migrations. Omer holds a degree from Sheridan College.
