Silvia Magureanu serves as a Project Manager at Catalyst Solutions since September 2022, focusing on developing event strategies and managing budgets for DevAfterWork and Rooftop Dialogue events. Simultaneously, Silvia also works as a Community Manager for DevTalks Romania, engaging with the community and enhancing the events' outreach. In addition to these roles, Silvia has been a dancer with Ansamblul ELLAS since May 2016. Silvia is pursuing a Master's degree in Brand Management and Corporate Communication at Facultatea de Comunicare si Relatii Publice, expected to be completed in July 2025, following a Bachelor's degree from the same institution obtained in June 2023.
