Argjenta Rizanaj currently serves as a Consultant in the People & Talent team at Catalyst Partners, a company established in May 2024 to address the evolving needs of HR and People teams. Prior to this role, Argjenta was an Associate at Dartmouth Partners, where responsibilities included contributions to the HR Practice from September 2022 to May 2024. Dartmouth Partners is recognized as one of The Sunday Times fastest-growing private companies in 2022 and operates under a unique "Classroom to Boardroom" business model. Argjenta holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Brunel University of London.
