Melinda Cromwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management, human resources, and consulting services. Currently serving as the US Payroll Manager at ND Paper Mills and Catalyst Paper since 2018 and 2015 respectively, Melinda has previously held roles as a Management Consultant at Seven Counties Services and Dayton Public Schools, where expertise in process improvement and efficiency was demonstrated. Prior experience includes positions at Sogeti USA and Paycor, focusing on client relationships and strategic partnerships, as well as a variety of roles at Paychex that provided a strong foundation in taxation and accounting. Melinda holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Capital University.
