Tom Blank is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the orthopedic medical device industry. Currently serving as Distributor Principal at Conformis since 2009, Tom focuses on 3D patient-specific custom knee replacements. Additionally, Tom holds the same title at Catalyst OrthoScience since December 2020, focusing on the Archer Total Shoulder System. As President of iDocData Software since 2015, Tom has led the development of an orthopedic EMR enhancement tool that supports documentation and data capture needs. Tom also manages orthopedic and spine medical devices through Blank Group Enterprises since September 2009. Previously, Tom was the Midwest Trauma District Manager at Smith & Nephew, where responsibilities included managing trauma specialists and developing professional relationships with orthopedic surgeons. Tom's industry contributions are complemented by a consulting role at Synthes and an educational background with a B.S. in Economics and Management from Centre College.
