Victiashea (Tasha) Matthews is an experienced professional currently serving as an Administrative Coordinator at Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties since March 2024, where responsibilities include supporting office operations and assisting with communications and membership efforts. Previous roles include Community Engagement Specialist at the University of San Diego, Civil/Faith Specialist and Peer Advisor at Just in Time for Foster Youth and the National College Resources Foundation, respectively, and Peer Advocate at Children's Legal Services of San Diego. Victiashea has also held positions as a Skills Trainer and Office Assistant at Walden Family Services, alongside participation in various personal development programs through Just in Time for Foster Youth.
