Melinda Blanks is an experienced project management professional in the clinical research field, currently serving as Director of Project Management at Catalyst Clinical Research since January 2022, where previously held the position of Associate Director, Project Management. Prior to Catalyst, Melinda worked as Senior Project Director at ERGOMED for a brief period in late 2021 and spent nearly a decade at MedSource in various roles including Project Director and Senior Project Manager from 2012 to September 2021. Early in the career, Melinda held positions such as Project Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate at PPD from 1999 to 2005, and began professional training as Research Technician II at Duke University Medical Center from 1996 to 1999.
