Chaithra Rai is a highly experienced clinical programmer with a robust background in clinical programming and study design. Currently serving as Principal Clinical Programmer at Catalyst Clinical Research since September 2021, Chaithra has a history of leading clinical programming projects from inception to database lock and managing data validation processes. Previously, Chaithra held the position of Senior Clinical Programmer at Syneos Health, contributing to project team coordination and development activities. Chaithra's career also includes significant roles at Covance, where appreciation was received for delivering studies ahead of schedule with 100% quality, and at IQVIA, where expertise in Medidata Rave was developed. Chaithra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
