Niamh Griffin is an experienced professional with a strong background in business banking and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Community at Catalyst since April 2022, Niamh focuses on enhancing member experiences and contributing to business success in Northern Ireland. Previously, Niamh held various leadership roles at Bank of Ireland, including Lead Program Manager and Senior Manager of Business Banking Strategy, Growth & Development, where responsibilities included designing engagement strategies and leading change management initiatives. Niamh's earlier career at Danske Bank involved driving growth in business lending products and managing a significant IT migration project. Niamh holds an Advanced Certificate in Management Practice from Ulster University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Tourism from Technological University Dublin, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics and German from University College Dublin.
