Joel Siebenga is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Heavy Construction industries. Currently serving as Vice President Lubricants West at Catalys Lubricants since October 2022, Joel is responsible for managing profit centers and aligning activities with the Group's strategic plan. Previously held roles include General Manager and Sales Manager at Catalys Lubricants, where contributions were made towards strategy development and aggressive sales initiatives. Earlier experience as Vice President at PetroValue Products Canada Inc. involved overseeing operations in petroleum wholesaling, and an assistant managerial role at Excellent Ice encompassed supervision and sales initiatives. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Calvin University.
