Artila Devi is a highly experienced education specialist with notable expertise in the Pacific region, currently serving as the Pacific Education Specialist at Abt Associates since April 2024, contributing to DFAT Australia's investment in Pacific Skills. As a Team Lead for the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report at Catalpa International, Artila focuses on technology and education in the Pacific context.
