Neil Macready has a strong background in development and advancement roles in various organizations. Neil most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at Catalina Island Health. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President for Advancement at Pitzer College. Neil also has experience as a Vice President of Development/Executive Director Foundation at Providence Tarzana Medical Center and as a Senior Associate Dean of Advancement at the University of Southern California Dornsife College of Letters, Arts & Sciences. Neil has also held leadership positions at the University of Redlands, University of Southern California, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, University of Houston Athletics. Overall, Neil Macready has over 30 years of experience in the field of development and has a strong track record of driving growth in various organizations.

Neil Macready completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Geography, and Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California between 1977 and 1981. Neil later pursued a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing it from 1984 to 1986.
