Pragati Gupta has over 20 years of work experience in various finance and analyst roles. Pragati is currently the Director of Finance at Catalina Island Conservancy, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Southern California Edison (SCE) as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2016 to 2021. Pragati also founded and served as CEO of Haseen Dance Company from 2012 to 2020. Pragati has experience in financial analysis and management, as well as real estate investment and analysis. Pragati has worked for companies such as Harbor Freight Tools, Shiva Real Estate, Tokio Marine Management, and Mercury Insurance in various financial and analyst roles.

Pragati Gupta completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1999 and 2003. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance at USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2011.
