Martin Brown, MBA, is an experienced professional in commercial operations and strategic programs, currently serving as Director of Commercial Strategic Programs at Catalent Pharma Solutions since July 2013. Martin has led global teams in sales operations, focusing on reporting, analytics, and forecasting, while implementing sales enablement tools to enhance processes and improve win rates. As a co-founder and Executive Steering Committee member of the ERG for employees of African Culture & Heritage (REACH), Martin successfully oversaw the group through its initial development and global launch. Previous roles include Sr. Commercial Operations Manager and various managerial positions with an emphasis on incentive compensation and Six Sigma methodologies. Martin began a career with Cintas Corporation as Office Manager and Six Sigma Manager, overseeing a finance team and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from The College of New Jersey.
