Karen Host has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. Karen started their career in 1994 as a paramedic at American Medical Response and eventually became the Director of Operations. In 2010, Karen joined Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Director of Clinical Quality and Regulation and Program Director for SmartCare. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Quality and Education at Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc., overseeing all Quality Improvement and Educational strategies, as well as the Program Director for SmartCare, a mobile integrated healthcare system.
Karen Host earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Curry College from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Homeland Defense and Disaster Preparedness, Sociology, and Biology. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health at Curry College from 2013 to 2015.
