Alexis McGrail, IPMA-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Cat5 Commerce since 2016, where responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. As the Principal Consultant for Banyan HR Consulting & Professional Development, LLC since 2015, Alexis combines established HR practices with innovative solutions tailored to individual organizational needs. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at East-West Gateway Council of Governments, where Alexis acted as a key HR partner for the executive team, and Director of Human Resources for the City of Brentwood, overseeing HR operations for a diverse workforce. Experience also includes HR and finance coordination at Larimore Associates Inc, and administrative support for the Chief of Police in the City of O'Fallon. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.
