Karen Lambert has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and team leadership, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at CAT Squared since July 2003. Prior to this role, Karen engaged as an Office Manager Intern at the C.S. Lewis Foundation and held internships that included managing Greek Services and Leadership Development at the University of Central Arkansas. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant II at the National Guard Professional Education Center. Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems in Computer Programming from the University of Central Arkansas, following education at Scranton High School.
