Noga Plotnik is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at CASTRO since January 2023, Noga collaborates with the CEO to develop marketing and business solutions that align with company objectives. Previously, Noga held the position of CEO at Yves Rocher Israel from January 2019 to January 2023 and served as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Marketing & Business Strategy at Yves Rocher Partenaires from January 2016 to January 2023. Noga began the career at CASTRO as Director of PR, Communications & Collaborations from August 2007 to January 2016, overseeing communication and media strategies. Noga also worked as a Senior Account Supervisor at Promarket, managing media marketing activities and key accounts. Noga holds an MBA from Reichman University, completed between 2012 and 2013.
