Vincent Guffroy began their work experience in 1988 at Kingfisher plc as the Director of Plan and Strategy for Castorama France, a role they held until 2002. In 2007, they joined Leroy Merlin as the General Manager, a position they held until 2011. Since 2014, Vincent has been serving as the CEO of Castorama Russia.

Vincent Guffroy pursued their education in the field of Finance by obtaining a High School Diploma from EBS Paris - European Business School. Vincent attended the institution from 1981 to 1985.
