Shani Katz's work experience includes their current role as a Product Engineer at CASTOR since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Engineer at Twine Solutions starting in December 2021. Shani'sprevious experience includes a role as a Laboratory Technician at Metabolic Insights Ltd. from November 2020 to December 2021.

Shani Katz attended Tel Aviv University from 2016 to 2021, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Materials Engineering.
